[C38] Head replacement

Hi,

I have a 1983 based in SF Bay.  About 6 years ago I replaced the 
original Wilcox Crittenden Head-Mate Head

with the same as the gaskets were leaking.  Now the head is not pumping 
water into it and I have to fill it with the shower head.  This is a 
pretty cheap unit and would not mind upgrading, even considering 
electric.  What has other peoples experience been with other heads that 
fit in the same physical space?
