[C38] inflatable tenders

I've got a 10 yrs old Avon RIB and I dearly love it. It's 10' long and fits on the foredeck when underway. In rainy weather,we can open the forward hatch under it to get fresh air.
With a 10hp outboard, it will plane with 4 adults allowing us to travel in speed to dinner, exploring, etc.
With the fiberglass hull, we can beach it without damage. With oars, it rows easier than most non-RIB type inflatable also.
A RIB won't roll up and store out of sight like other inflatable but we keep our boat in sunny Florida and having the RIB on deck helps keep the boat cool so we like having it on deck. It almost completely shades the foredeck.

Subject: [C38] inflatable tenders
I was at the Seattle boat show today looking at inflatable dinghies. It's a little comfusing trying to figure out what is what. I looked the the Zodiac Typhoon, Walker Bay Odyssey AF, and the Achilles Lex Standard 88. Some of these are pvc, some are hypalon. Some have removable hard floors ,wood or metal, some have air floors.
Anybody out there sugest what is good or what is bad to look out for? I want to get from the boat to shore, sometimes gravelly sometimes sandy beach. I also want to work on the boat in the water with tools and gear in the tender.
Thanks,
