[C38] Reaching strut

Max,
The reaching strut is a must have for use with a pole. The C-38
stern is so narrow that the afterguy and sheet will press against the
stanchions when the pole is on the headstay for tight reaching. In
Southern California you can tell whether someone has used a reaching
strut by looking at their stanchions. Many boats have stanchions bent in
at the top. You set up attachment points on either side of the mast. Joe
