Our Whale bilge pump is located in the same position on Que Linda.

Your local stainless shop might be able to fabricate one for you. You
can also check in your local hardware store in their bulk screws... Look
for some bins with blue on silver background labels. That generally
marks the stainless stuff. However stainless wouldn't make good spring
pins I think. I suspect that the rolled pin was probably high carbon
steel, which would be pretty safe with stainless. But I could be wrong.
And since I don't know where you are located, I can only speculate what
stores might be near you, but a good surplus chandlery might have the
bit for you.
Finally there is West Marine, or my favorite for the good stuff,
DownWind Marine, and the ultimate fixit shop, San Diego Marine
exchange.
You could also check out the local boatyards.
Now my question:
I have a bilge pump which is a Kempax, about 6 1/2" diaphragm,
bulkhead
mounted bilge pump. I don't know if this was Catalina Standard or not,
but I cannot find the parts or the replacement for this guy. I would
like to keep the same pump because of the issues of patching the
mounting point on the forward edge of the cockpit stern seat. It is on
the starboard side. But it does need work and like yesterday. So, what
do you all have or recommend, and is yours mounted in the same location?
