[C38] 2008 Catalina 28 Nationals begin September 20!

Larry Malmberg sent me the information for the race and it is now up on 
our website.  While I have not been able to make the race (living on the 
East Coast and being a professor tends to make this a difficult option), 
I can report that folks that do make it have a great time!  I know that 
visiting skippers have been welcome to sail with the fleet.....
