[C38] Insurance

I've used Allstate for years and am happy with them but have never had need to file a claim.

Alstate is getting into the sail boat insurance business. Limits of

navigation cover all US waters including Alaska and Hawaii. Less than $300

per year. I wouldn't even consider US Boat. Besides charging higher premiums

they act like they are doing you a big favor.
