Were those made from solid aluminum blocks, or welded plates?

Subject: [C38] New traveller risers

Hey,

I wanted to share this photos, check this out, I just installed these
risers, I made them myself out of aluminum.

I was sick of leaks from the old wooden blocks, I took them and throw them
over board.....and started working on this.

Now I have no leaks, I like the looks, and I'll be able to lead halyards to
the cockpit and pass the lines through them to a clutch and winch that I'm
planning to install.

My proyect on work: interior wooden sole (photo included-before and after),
I made the mold already, I just have to cut, varnish and install
