Max , I installed Garhouer adjustable cars on the aft tracks and a
garhouer snatch block car on the forward tracks it works great and is
easy to put the sheet line in without re stringing the line. Go to their
web site and check out the products. I am helping a friend bring a 380
up the coast from Oakland to Portland this week through Monday but if
you want some pics when I get back I will email them to you.

I wish I just have a very long track and being able to install an
adjustable
lead car system, but just thinking on filling up a bunch of holes on the
deck makes me realized that I should stick with the ones I have. It is
true
that some C38's came with a single track on each side. I'm not sure if
it
was on request, early models or what. The attached photo is from a model
that is located at the lobby at Catalina Yachts factory in CA, the fist
thing that I noticed on this model was the single track configuration.
I haven't use the forward tracks yet, I tought they were for sails under
100%, which Joe just confirmed, and when the genoa is reefed.
