[C38] Suggestions/Catalina 38 For Sale

Whew, well not only do we have holding tank issues but now a terrible
exhaust leak.  The pipe that couples to the exhaust manifold is bad and I
expect that we will have to replace the entire exhaust system.  Any words of
wisdom out there?

We have a friend that has a 1983 Catalina 38 for sale, NEW keel, NEW engine,
new bottom.  I can get a detailed list of equipment; electronics etc. if
someone is interested in it.
