[C38] lower stays

I couldn't find a picture of my boat with enough detail but most boats have
a longer aft lower than forward lower. This is because there is more
tension on the aft lowers so they are usually mounted on the deck more aft
for more strength but since I can't find a picture to verify, I can't swear
our boats also have the longer lower aft shrouds. When I pulled my mast, I
didn't remove the shrouds from the mast so I didn't bother to pay attention.
