[C38] lower stays

Thanks Phil -- and for following up on your previous email.  

I think we'll probably fiddle with the adjustments (taking up to accommodate the eyes and the studs)  after she's back in the water with the mast securely in place.  The real concern was not having to remove the mast again to turn the top connections 180 degrees.
