[C38] Spinnaker

Our site lists the dimensions as 49.5 and 27.9,  I am getting ready to
order a spinnaker for racing, those of you racing is this the size of
your spinnakers and do you know how  these dimensions correlate with a
PHRF Code 5 chute?  thanks.
