[C38] Invertors

get a double double ganged circuit breaker, and a controll bar.
The control bar can only be moved when both sets of double breakers are
off.  When one set is on, they hold the bar across the other, keeping
them off.  

Make sure your shorepower battery charger is on ONLY the shore power
side of the power line breaker and supplied with its own breaker.

Most of the commercially power panels support this, but the original
Catalina system did not have this option.  Maybe a small AC panel could
be added to support this capability.
