[C38] Anemometer orientation

Phil: The boom on which our wind gages perch points aft and rides above 
the top of the mast, as illustrated in the image that I posted 
yesterday. The readings have always been spot on.  One advantage of the 
aft pointing boom is that the  device is clearly visible from the cockpit.
