[C38] Edison chain cable

Charles, my hot water tank is also just aft of the engine. I put an isolating valve on the supply to the tank and one on the outlet. I also installed flex connectors  from the valves to the tank for quick removal in case  of an emergency and one needs to get to the steering cables. I would like to know what type of protective lubrication was used on the cable.
