Living in the land of no wind or too much wind can be frustrating ,in
Ladysmith harbour there are three 38s, Outrageous and I think the 38 was
a Yankee when they had tillers and of course Impulse. For the times we
have to motor from one beautiful spot to another I appreciate the wheel
and of course our old friend Otto, who steers most of the time. We were
at a swap meet on the weekend and saw a folding wheel that looked
interesting, for the times we use the cockpit to entertain I remove the
wheel to give us more room.
