[C38] Windlass

Thank you all for the help on windlasses. Lot¹s to think about, and it
sounds like Maxwell might not be a first choice. If any others have ideas,
we would be most grateful. Phil, it sounds like you fit yours into the deck
space just behind the anchor locker hatch. Did you have to modify the hatch
cover? Does it feed the rode into the locker through a hawse pipe or in
through the open hatch?
