[C38] Varnish Removal

Try Interlux 299e in combination with lacquer thinner afterwards. We
use a glue brush cut off so it is very stiff. (the glue brush is one of
those small brushes held by a metal tube.) Some tooth brushes will work
also, but test them off the boat because some disolve.

We strongly recommend a book called Brightwork. It gives good info on
all the hints and kinks. Following the book our varnish lasted almost 9
years before this last strip down and re-do.
