[C38] Rudder Post packing gland, abandon hope all ye who....

Hi, Don,
	If you have a good procedure, please post it in the website's technical
area.  I looked at it and just paid someone to do it.  My 256 lbs
wouldn't fit anywhere near the area I seemed to need to access, and the
hotwater heater behind the engine made it worse.  The yard got a nice
fellow (whose name I won't repeat so he doesn't get innundated with C38
owners) did it.  He wouldn't do it again I suspect.  Its a b****.
