[C38] Rudder Post packing gland, abandon hope all ye who....

Well, it seems that there are two versions.
I have an Edson packing gland on mine and it is totally different. The
packing goes in the lower part. If I'm not mistaken it uses 1/4" packing
material. Here is a diagram of its location, As a curious thing, when I was
was looking at this I noticed a reinforcement recommended for the steering
pedestal base.... Is worth taking a look at this.
