[C38] Heat exchange

Thanx for the offer on the Ex. fabrication should be compleated as I type this. I permentaly loand out my old welding stuff for future favors this will be the first instalment. I'll let you know how everything works out. The old one didn't make hot water so a little redesigning will take care of that,and probably create some new challenges in the future.
