[C38] New head

I replaced mine with the same kind.  It was cheap, it does the job, and
the suggested vacuum head used quite a bit of current, required fresh
water (which is in short supply on our boats) and just seemed overkill
to me.

I hired it done (I hate those "ugghhh!" type jobs).
