[C38] (no subject)

If I remember correctly from a previos conversion from someone on the list
(Fat Cat, if I'm not mistaken), If the innerstay fitting is not installed
lower than 3 feet from the top of the mast , no running backstays will be
required. Lower than this they will have to be added.  What I don't know, is
how to confirm this info.
