I remember reading that as well, as far as the hydraulic adjuster, I
would think once you get the standard setting dialed in for the rig
without sails then you could default to that setting when running the
innerstay.

If I remember correctly from a previos conversion from someone on the
list (Fat Cat, if I'm not mistaken), If the innerstay fitting is not
installed lower than 3 feet from the top of the mast , no running
backstays will be required. Lower than this they will have to be added.
What I don't know, is how to confirm this info.

There is a discussion and installation example in the technical
notes on the owners site. You should install running back stays to take
up the rig tension when the inner forestay is in place.

I am thinking about installing a inner forestay, maybe with a
release lever, on Sundancer. This way I can put up heavy weather sails
when I have to roll up my jib. I have seen some of the sails you can
wrap on over a jib but I am not impressed with time it takes to attach
them. My big concern would be the effect on my aft stay, which is
hydraulic, and balancing the standing rigging.
	Any thoughts on this?
