[C38] Fuel Tanks

  Phil is right on. It was a bear to remove Discreet Charm's (1980, #50) 
original, leaking fuel tank. After the removal surgery, the replacement 
from a firm in New Jersey (about $400 with shipping) was pretty easy. Don
