[C38] Mast leak? Yes!

For Discrete Charm, ditto to Bill. Hole drilled in mast base, which 
drains water into recessed area on floor. Two holes drilled in the 
recessed area drains rain water into the bilge.
A big San Francisco storm will put as much as a gallon into the bilge. Don
