[C38] Mast leak

At the beginning I had only two halyards, and had lots of water in the
bilge, so I duct taped the two remaining halyard openings on the mast, and
that was it, just a small amount of water...Then I needed to install those
halyards, and still had just a small amount of water after heavy
rains....the halyards help by keepin lots of water out of the mast.

EStancia also came with two holes on the sole at the small channel
surrounding the mast base....You just have to kee it clean and that's
it..... I think that I made them larger.....since I intalled the wood sole
on the interior, I can't afford to have water on the floor....

Hope this helps,

Max
