[C38] mast leak

I got complacent and stopped checking my bilge. I was going home one weekend
and looked in the floor board lift out hole and saw light reflect back. My
float switch stuck, I fliped on manual and a 1500 gph ran for over 15
minutes. She came up an Inch at the waterline.
