[C38] Steering quadrant installed upside down

A while ago I heard that somebody was going to install the quadrant upside
down for easy disassembling from the lazarette, but I don't remember who
did it. Was this mod successful?????
Does this set up works??
Were there any other mods involved besides drilling higher holes for the
through bolt on the rudder post???
