[C38] A little info. please

 A little information for a person that is looking at a C38 shoal draft.

I'm looking at a C 38 shoal draft can anyone tell me how the up wind pointing angles differ from the regular draft is it drastically different? Also any other info on the shoal draft sailing characteristics would be nice. I sail on the Lower Chesapeake Bay and the PHRF rating on a C38 is 120 and the shoal draft is 135 can they sail their rating?
