[C38] rubber non skid

Thanks Tom: The yard is going to put the cutlass in after the shaft is all
the way in. That should give us more wiggle room. We got a new split
coupling as well. It turned out that the engine slipped on its mount and the
shaft was rubbing on the hull. This may be part of my shifting problem as
well. My philosophy is if I am going to pay in labor or new parts, make it
easy go the new part route. So I am replacing the heat exchanger 3" new
hoses pulled trans drained blasted painted, new exhaust elbow and pipe.
Anything you can think of? If not have a good weekend.
