[C38] What happened?

Patrick, That breaker is ON to the right, just like all the switches on the original panel. 
Dave, Mine is 25 amps, is the original. Are you sure that yours is 30??? Maybe,  you also have a 25, and that's the reason that it trips before the one on the dock. And please, tell us how long it took you to figure out the dock's breaker!!!!!LOL...
Honestly, I  haven't heard of a breaker like that yet.
