[C38] What happened?

Max,
That 'type' of breaker is relatively new. I ran across it recently at my sister's house which they had build less than 10 yrs ago. The breaker in my panel has 30A stamped on it. It may be a replacement by the PO who made a number of wiring mods on the boat.
The beer was getting warm in the refrigerator by the time I sorted that breaker out.
