[C38] new stack pack

Marci I have a north version and there is no drilling involved they are the
greatest thing since the rudder. I bad weather just let the sail drop
doesn't fly all over the place, and at the end of a long day with 90 degree
temps and a lot of beer the last thing I want to do is put on a sail cover.
You just pull the zipper and put on the front cover.
