[C38] Rudder cable adjustment

Pierre,

I had my rudder replaced a couple years ago and the yard had difficulty
getting the quadrant (wheel) off.  Their solution was to install an
inspection port behind the steering pedestal...photo attached, but don't
have one showing the cover in place - don't know if this will help your
situation, but maybe.  The second photo shows how my cables are adjusted...
