[C38] Mor(on) Overheating

When I removed my raw water hose from the heat exchanger side the fresh water coolent would drain out . Tom correctly diagnosed this as a leaky heat exchanger. As long as I didn't tighten the cap the pressures were somewhat equalized and there was no coolant loss, as soon as I made a power change all the coolant went out through the exhaust .
