Catalina Direct has the weatherstripping as a kit.  I forget how much we
used, but we redid all the windows in JACE and it wasn't too expensive.
Takes a bit of time, just go slow and remember to clean well (vinegar
water on the glass, and lemon juice on the aluminum worked well).
