[C38] Chain Plates

Hey Kerry,
Both!! That's why I have to replace mine... Bolt got loose and the welds
weren't enough...  Of course, corrosion have affected the welds....
I tightened the bolt a few months ago for a while, but time has come to
tackle the project.
