[C38] Isaac update

Do we have any members in the New Orleans area?  Hurricane Isaac has turned further west and is now headed toward the New Orleans area on the same general track that Katrina took.  Although Isaac will probably make landfall as "only" a Cat 1 hurricane, any hurricane is a problem for the low elevation Gulf Coast regions.

Most hurricanes in the Gulf "J-hook" clockwise to the east after they make landfall but Isaac is projected to travel straight up the Mississippi valley potentially bringing needed rain to the midwest.
