[C38] advice. Manual windlass?

Don, Estancia came with a manual windlass and I hate it!
I have only used it twice in nine years. Despite the weight of my 45lbs
CQR and 20 feet of 5/16" (just switched from 3/8"!) and 3/4" rode, I prefer
lifting it by hand than use the windlass. It is painfully slow!
Already got a electric windlass precess on its way. Bought the motor,
switches, control box, etc for a Lewmar concept 1 for $80, but the deck
assembly is missing, so I'm checking ebay on a daily basis looking for it.
Hopefully, soon I 'll have it installed!

Regards, Max
