[C38] Cabin top winch

Max,
     Harken makes a 40 electric which I was going to install.On an 
electric winch, the distance between the winch and the motor is 
critical. The 38 deck is so thick, the 40 did not give adequate 
clearance. The 44 went on wonderfully and I have my main sheet in tight 
for the first time. We sail with a crew of women and old men so we need
