[C38] Cabin top winch

Hi Kerry,

I installed a Lewmar 30st on port for jib, reef and spare halyards with
spinlock clutches and Garhauer turning blocks. I'm planning  to install a
40st for the main and spinnaker halyards and other reel lines on starboard.
Will love to have it electric, this way it will be so easy for anyone to
get me up the mast in an emergency..
