[C38] zincs and toe rail corrosion

Chuck: Your idea about stray current is a good one.

Since my shaft to prop key dissolved, I have been more careful with my
zincs, do not leave the boat plugged in when gone, and our marina
upgraded the electrical and now claim, "no stray current."

Will check toe rail corrosion on DC, but I do believe that it is a
fossil problem and has not increased in the last 5 years or so.
