[C38] Sports Illustrated C38 / Congressional Cup Article March 1980

Yes, it's a fun article!  I went to the yacht club where they have the cup
and confirmed that Pokai is on it as the 1980 cup winner.  The archive has
a hard time with photo's and attachments, so it's hard to pass that stuff
along.  I'll try and attach a picture of the cup.
