[C38] Transmission Shift problem

The steel is now made in China and China has really foul air in many of 
its major cities. They will figure it out and move the dirty industries 
to Korea or India. BMW and Mercedes are selling more of their really 
large cars in China than the US. Large sedans are popular because rich 
Chinese require chauffers. Joe
