[C38] C38 Fleet formed on the Chesapeake

wish we could be there too. We have a PHRF regatta this sunday 9/30 in 
Santa Barbara and have a couple of spots we are saving for anyone 
visiting our lovely area. Joe Launie/Macavity ( are going against  a 
J-92 and J-29 among others)
