[C38] Solid Vang / Main Halyard Question

Thanx for the input everyone. Sounds like the Garhauer vang  is the
vang of choice. Good to know.

As far as the re-route of the main halyard goes, it looks like I'd
have a bit of work to do.

Seems like the best way would be to install a winch on the portside
cabin top and reroute the main sheet to it. Freeing the starb side
winch for the halyard.
But...I have a dodger which severely limits my area in which to mount
a chock forward of the halyard winch... it would have to be outside
and forward of the the dodger. Bummer. Back to the drawing board.
