[C38] Shower fitting

The shower fitting that attaches the hand-held shower to the faucets has
broken.  It is a plastic fitting and I think it is the original equipment.
(My boat dates from 1982.)   I have scoured all the hardware stores in the
vicinity but have not found anything to replace it.  Does anyone know who
makes the faucet assembly and /or where I could find such a piece?
