[C38] before you haul the boat

Much less expensive than hauling to have the diver sand down through the 
crack and filler and look at the strut, or you might be able to do it. 
If you haul, don't let them power wash that beautiful one year old 
bottom job. I get 4 years or 5 years from a bottom job in San Francisco 
Bay, with diver cleaning and zincs 4 times per year. Don
