[C38] repair of C38 Signet Instruments

Don, actually I was hoping someone would offer me their old Signet wind direction/speed unit. Then I would send that in for refurbishing. I still have time.

Kerry: Call Signet and talk to their tech people ( http://www.signetmarine.com/ ). They fixed mine for much less than replacement. They also installed new faces such that the instruments look new. Still going 6 years after the repairs and 33 years after the install.
